Return Policy
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also Live Chat with our Customer Support online, where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you.
Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
1. All returns must be
sent back within 30 days of receipt of the item (We will tracking online for
your order) . We only accept products in their original condition.
Please note that we cannot
process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish
to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer
service via Our LiveChat Support or "Contact us" form.
2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once
confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees.
If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus
the shipping and handling fee.
Full Refund Policy For Return Products
Full refund means
the order total cost except payment transaction fees. It must meet
all following articles:
1. Original packaging
(manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
2. Original intact any barcode affixed on products or package.
3. The return must be complete and include all accessories
4. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration
information, etc.)
5. The Order Number must not be written on the original manufacturer's
packaging or box. Please write the Order Number on the label used to return the
item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original
manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your
cost and without credit approval.
6. Full refund only available for Default defective reasons, just like can not work or operation error and so on. For item problems which not caused by default defective reasons may only got partial refund or exchange or repairing service.
Partial Refund Policy For Return Products
If the products can’t meet
the articles above, for example: accessories missing, usage, damage or loss due
to human errors etc. we are responsible for partial refund only. For the refund
amount, it is depend on our professional test result. gemarin.com in
its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a
product is in fact defective.
We can process returns and
refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by gemarin.com. For

If you return an order that
was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be
refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were
deducted from the original purchase amount.

Who pay the return shipping cost?
Customer need to pay the
shipping cost first, and once we got the return package, our engineers will
tested it, if it is really default defective and the same problem as customer
return description, then, we will refund the shipping cost to customer. For
those not default defective problems, customer need to pay shipping cost and we
will not refund the original shipping cost.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Within 3 business days since we inspect your return (only in working days).
How are refunds calculated?
The amount of your refund
depends on several factors:
1. Items that meet our
Full Refund will receive a full refund.
2. Items that do not
meet Full Refund, will receive only Partial Refund, partial refund amount
depends on the situation for the defective or other reasons.
